ABOUT RASNCO
RASNCO Consulting Engineers is a B-BBEE Level 1 company that is wholly owned and managed by black professionals.
We provide wide-ranging professional civil engineering services with a particular focus on construction project management, multi-disciplinary civil engineering services as well as mining and mineral exploration project management.

SHEQ is at the heart of RASNCO, both with regards to our personnel and stakeholders, as well as the designs that we put forward.
Our motto is safety first. We promote a safe working environment in which our people are equipped with the requisite PPE and are aware of all working procedures (the client’s as well as our own internal policies) regarding SHEQ.

LEADERSHIP
Our organisation is led by our two co-founders and directors – Mr Nkateko Rasimphi (CEO) and Ms Asive Ncoko.

Mr Rasimphi is a registered ECSA Professional Engineering Technologist (Civil) who has worked in the civil engineering industry since 2011 and has experience in project management and co-ordination of the full project life cycle.
Ms Asive Ncoko
Ms Asive Ncoko
Ms Ncoko has worked in the civil engineering industry since 2016. During her experiential learning as a South African National Roads Agency (SANRAL) student; she was placed on an Aurecon resurfacing project where her responsibilities included on-site operation supervision, the measurement of completed work and contract administration.
